Information we collect

We collect information only when you submit the contact form on this site. This includes:

• Name and company name
• Email address and phone number
• Project details you provide in the message field

We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used only to evaluate project fit, prepare quotes, and communicate about your request. We do not sell your contact information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes without your consent.

We retain contact submissions as long as needed to respond to and fulfill your request, and for a reasonable period afterward for business record purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. These services are disabled by default. They load only after you provide consent through the privacy choices banner.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. When consent is withheld, Google receives only cookieless, aggregate signals for conversion modeling — no cookies are set and no personal identifiers are transmitted.

You can change your choices at any time using the Privacy Choices link in the footer.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an automatic opt-out of analytics and advertising cookies and tags. No Google scripts will be loaded. You may override this by making an explicit choice in the privacy banner.

Service providers

• Cloudflare — site delivery, security, and bot protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare processes request metadata as part of network delivery.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — email delivery for contact form notifications.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads — site usage analytics and advertising measurement, only when you consent.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Know / Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Delete — request that we delete your personal information.
• Correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information.
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary. If we deny a request, we will explain why and provide an opportunity to appeal.
